Informed Chiropractic Care
Have you exhausted other treatment methods? Do you want to be actively involved in your options for care? Rest assured that our doctors spend time with you explaining chiropractic care and answering any questions you may have. You’ll know ahead of time what your options are, and what’s going to happen throughout the whole process.
Active Participation From the Beginning
We want you to be an active participant in your own recovery. Our computerized intake process gets you through the paperwork fast so we can get started helping you more quickly.
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive an email instructing you about how to fill out the basic patient information. From then on you can update your own medical history, medications, etc. whenever you need to. It keeps us up to date and keeps you in the driver’s seat.
Required Paperwork
When you arrive at the office, someone will greet you and help you with all the necessary paperwork. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you to your first appointment.
Examination And Recovery Therapies
From there, Dr. Scott, Dr. Witkovitz or Dr. Briscoe will perform an evaluation and examination. Next, we’ll discuss your options for care.
After you receive your adjustment and any additional therapy, you’ll be given instructions to take home. That’s your homework!
Your first visit usually only takes 30 minutes. After that, your appointments only last 10 to 15 minutes.
Patient Education
Several times each year we offer our patients a seminar at which we discuss the importance of diet, nutrition and exercise. The goal of that time together is to help you understand your nutritional requirements and the benefits of exercise.
